Vintage Masonic Priest Vestment or Robe by Pettibone Mfg Co Regalia Costume

I was unable to determine which masonic organization this belongs to.
Finely constructed of fine polished gold cotton with blue velvet shoulders featuring gold fringe, all panels have been hand embroidered. 35" L x 24" shoulders fringe to fringe x 19" across the chest.
Label is Pettibone Bros. MFG. Co. Cincinnati, OH marked something beginning with "H" next word is priest, stamped with a blue ink 71 with handwritten black ink over it, below that is written 72, similar marking on the other internal side.
This piece came from a lodge that closed down about six years ago.  I have no idea of how old it may be.
