You are bidding on a 100% authentic, French made, Boucheron compact. It is crafted in solid 18k yellow, rose, and white gold and it is absolutely gorgeous. It is adorned with blood red cabochon cut rubies which are individually bezel set at the ends of all the tabs. The largest ruby is bezel set at the end of the button used to open the compact. This piece features a dual compartment makeup box, mirror, a picture frame behind the mirror, a small clipboard-like compartment for holding small notes or papers, and what looks to have been a removable either pen or pencil (only the shell is left). At over 166 grams this is a truly impressive and practical piece for the businesswoman on the run or someone who just appreciates fine and elegant work.
