This Silver Owl coin is partially colored and has Platinum plating, it is a

a Certificate of Authenticity.  Very Limited mintage of
999 pieces worldwide.
The face of this coin depicts a beautiful night hunter, with the wings open
and eyes fixed swooping in on its prey.  An evening hunter with superb vision
in the darkness of blue/black moonlit night,
on the bottom of its face, an inscription: “Night Hunters”– the series name.
The obverse of the coin depicts the Coat of Arms of the Ivory Coast
and denomination: “2000 Francs” and the issue year: “2017”.
Owls, a raptor is a bird of pray equipped with a sharp beak and razor
talons
that it uses to catch and eat its food.  Members of the raptor group include hawks,
eagles, falcons and owls, however unlike other raptors, owls are mostly
nocturnal, hunting at night when the other
raptors are sleeping. Because of this, owls and other raptors can share a
territory without the stress and risk of competing with each other for survival.
Owls have been around for a long time. Fossils have been found that
are 70–80 million years old. Today, members of the owl family can be found
on every continent except Antarctica.
