Original WWII FEDERAL ELECTRIC CO. Handheld Air Raid Siren-Working

Original vintage WWII FEDERAL ELECTRIC COMPANY INC. CHICAGO Handheld Air Raid Siren.
This siren is in very good working condition.
Overall, the green paint shows its authentic wear; there are no dents or damage.
The inside area of the hand crank, close to the siren body, is stamped H1581 FEDERAL 1754. On the bottom of the top handle is a stamp but it’s hard to fully make it out. I think it says H5880 FEDERAL 1754 - see pictures for these stamps.
The wooden covered hand crank is intact, and the siren body is in good shape.
Measurements: approx. 8.5" high (top of handle to bottom of siren) x approx. 5" wide and weighs approx. 4.6 lbs.
