On Sept. 29 1988 America restarted it's manned Space Shuttle program with the launch of the Space Shuttle Discovery.  To celebrate this fantastic event the US Postal Department created the "E" stamp w. a fantastic view of the earth from space.  Also, the Marshall Islands minted a special commemorative  Coin.  This item is the end result of the creative work by the Fleetwood Collector Association that made a special envelop that instead of a cache, has a
MINT PROOF coin from the Marshall Islands
encapsulated in a plastic case, and arranged for the special post mark cancellation for the
EXACT date and location of the Discovery Launch SEPT. 29, 1998 from the Kennedy Space Center.
