POWER PLANT UNIT was a marine setup for a Rig with front Pump PTO /Industrial decommission/removed from Government facility for re-powering in unknown conditions and untested, the only thing we tested/know is the machine cranks fine/turns with the starter and has good compression and has oil and is clear. (no further test has been performed and is sold as good used core.
