USER GUIDE:
The machine is lightweight, highly portable, and simple to use -
You'll find a user manual in the box, but I'll put some directions of my own here to supplement that.
You need appropriate vacuum sealer bags, you'll find 10 in the box to get you started
The machine can handle bags up to 28 cm / 11 inches wide.
Put your food into the bag and make sure the opening is clean and wrinkle free
Open the sealer by pressing down on both sides to unlatch
Line the bag opening up against the guide hooks
Close the sealer the same way, by pressing down on both sides to latch
Press the [ Auto/Stop ] button to begin vacuuming, press it again to stop early. You can hold the button down for a few seconds to change power level, Default/green is good for most things, but you may want to change to High/blue or Low/orange depending on your needs.
The machine will automatically stop and seal the bag when it is done. You can also press [ Seal ] to ONLY seal the bag without applying vacuum.
Once the machine stops, PULL UP on the orange rubber button to release the vacuum and open the sealer again
Wait at least 30 seconds before your next bag to avoid overheating, and make sure to wipe away any liquid/food that might have spilled into the vacuum chamber to maintain peak performance.
Use a damp rag / sponge to clean the chamber but do not submerge the machine in water!
