    Aqua blue wave stitching & black buckle.
    Collar fits from 7"-11" neck, with 1/2" strap
    All collars are sewn by me. Each is made from cotton fabric which are lightweight but also very strong & durable.
    Collar has a break-away buckle
    , so if the collar catches on something, collar will break away preventing harm to your pet. This collar is NOT SUITABLE for use with a leash.
