All four Proof coins contained within this set bear splendid reverse designs, each imbued with the letters spelling Cook's surname. Selective full-colour embellishment adds an additional layer of contrast to each scene: a third voice rising above the dialogue between glassy, mirror-like surfaces and frosted fields. Upon their shared obverse, the portrait of Queen Elizabeth II confirms the coins' status as official legal tender - fittingly - of the Cook Islands.
