    Description

    Here's what we know from the previous owner: Boat was running great, they were coming into the harbor and it died. The mechanic checked the compression, did some diagnostic work, and determined it was a fuel issue. He then sent the pump to be rebuilt (00). When it still wouldn't run, the mechanic said he didn't know what it was and wouldn't investigate further. After trying, unsuccessfully, to find another local mechanic, the owner decided to replace the motor.
    You're welcome to stop by and do a compression or any other diagnostic test you would like. It's probably a simple fix, but we don't know anything about diesels and don't want to try to diagnose the issue.
