New, handmade from Harley print grosgrain ribbon over 1/2 inch wide lightweight nylon webbing will adjust to fit any cat with a neck 6-10 inches. Collar features a nickel-plated brass D ring and acetyl (tougher than plastic) adjustment slider, a curved side-release buckle and a jingle bell, of course! Please note, grosgrain ribbon is not super tough. If your pet scratches at it repeatedly with sharp nails, it WILL white-out and shred over time. This is NOT a flaw of the ribbon.
