    1.1”/75 Caliber Gun Shell ‘Piggy Bank’ From Anti-Aircraft US Navy ship, in WII. The background history involves the U.S. anti-aircraft initiative in 1939 by the Navy. This shell was made prior to the outfit in 1938. The shipboard installation on the USS Pennsylvania was the first of nearly 1,000 in proceeding years from 1939-1942.
    This is a one of a kind original piece fashioned into a work of art by a metal smith in Vermont.
